美濃燒
在日本歧阜縣的美濃燒有著優久的歷史與傳統，美濃燒的歷史已有1300多年，即使遇到了時代的轉變也沒有衰退。
餐具產量佔全日本60%，可以說是日本陶瓷餐具的代表。
由於美濃燒在燒制時高達1240-1260度，高過通常的700-800度，燒製的窯溫比其他陶瓷高讓胚體所含金屬充分氧化，其中所含金屬大大低於一般國家標準甚至日本國家標準，因此瓷器更加綠色環保。
